This model is a fast welding machine specially developed for core lifting core mold vibration, double station small core mold, and radial extrusion. It has 9 longitudinal bars, and the welding speed can reach 40R.P.M.. It can complete the welding of a reinforcement cage in 1 to 2 minutes. The welding is firm, and it does not need to shear the reinforcement head. It has the function of secondary diameter reduction. Now it has become a supporting welding machine for the pipe manufacturers of the above three processes.
