In order to meet the special quality requirements of the radial extrusion pipe making process for the reinforcement skeleton, the measures to improve the quality of the reinforcement skeleton are studied respectively from the aspects of improving the production efficiency of the welding machine, the welding quality of the reinforcement skeleton, the control of the perpendicularity of the skeleton end, the control of the longitudinal reinforcement distortion, the control of the thickness of the protective layer, and the angle control of the bell mouth slope section, so as to improve the pipe making quality of the radial extrusion pipe making process. President Zhao of our company conducted in-depth research and analysis on this issue:

1. Improving the production efficiency of the welding machine can be reflected by improving the welding speed of the welding machine and reducing the auxiliary time

2. Improve the welding quality of the skeleton

3. Special requirements for reinforcement skeleton combined with radial extrusion process
